Re-NEET 2026 Provisional Answer Key Released by NTA: Direct Link, Objection Process & Important Dates

The National Testing Agency (NTA) has officially released the Re-NEET UG 2026 Provisional Answer Key, along with the scanned OMR response sheets and recorded responses for candidates who appeared in the Re-NEET examination conducted on 21 June 2026.

Candidates can now verify their answers, calculate their probable NEET score, and submit objections if they find any discrepancy in the provisional answer key.

Re-NEET 2026 Provisional Answer Key Released

The provisional answer key is available on the official NEET website. Along with the answer key, NTA has also activated the facility to:

  • Download the provisional answer key

  • View recorded responses

  • Download scanned OMR answer sheets

  • Challenge any answer(s) online

The challenge window is open for a limited period, after which NTA will review all objections through a panel of subject experts before publishing the Final Answer Key.

Follow these simple steps:

  1. Visit the official NEET website.

  2. Click on "Provisional Answer Key – NEET (UG) 2026 Re-Examination."

  3. Log in using your Application Number and Password/Date of Birth.

  4. Download the provisional answer key and your OMR response sheet.

  5. Compare your responses to estimate your expected NEET score.


How to Challenge the Re-NEET 2026 Answer Key

If you believe any answer in the provisional key is incorrect, you can submit an online challenge.

Steps

  1. Login to the candidate portal.

  2. Select the question(s) you wish to challenge.

  3. Upload supporting academic evidence.

  4. Pay the processing fee of ₹200 per challenged question through the online payment gateway.

  5. Submit your challenge before the deadline.

Note: If the expert committee accepts your challenge, the answer key will be revised for all candidates wherever applicable.


What Happens After the Challenge Window?

Once the objection window closes:

  • Subject experts evaluate all submitted challenges.

  • Valid objections are incorporated into the final answer key.

  • NTA publishes the Final Answer Key.

  • The Re-NEET 2026 Result is prepared based on the final answer key.

The final answer key cannot be challenged.
